What it is (and isn't)
Once a week, I open up 30 minutes to answer marketing questions live, on the spot. It's not a webinar, I'm not teaching or presenting and there's no pitch at the end.
It's also not a free strategy session. Six people share the half hour, so there's no room to build you a full marketing plan or untangle a complex tech issue. Come with one specific question and you'll leave with a clear answer.
Who it's for
Founders and small business owners with a marketing question they haven't been able to answer themselves. It could be about strategy, launching or email marketing. All questions welcome.
Why register
Each session is capped at 6 people, so everyone gets an actual turn, not a rushed one. Registering secures your spot and the joining link is emailed straight to you.
"Anna makes things that seem difficult and complex, understandable and easy."
Anna is great to work with! She helped me with her email marketing set up service. She is a lovely person, listens well and gives honest feedback and ideas that you can move forward with. Anna is both strategic and very practical and in her help which makes her unique. You can really take steps forward. My email system is set up for success now and I learned a lot from her tips and tricks that I can keep on using in the future with every email I create.

About Anna
I've been in marketing in some form for the last 20 years, starting out in events marketing and luxury corporate travel before email became the focus. What stuck from those years was a love of systems, the quiet mechanics that make a business feel effortless from the outside. Nearly twenty years on, that's still what I'm doing, just applied to email.
I work with founders and business owners who've been at this a while and know what they do. The marketing just hasn't caught up. You're probably already doing plenty of it, posting, sending the odd email, maybe leaning on AI to keep up, and none of it's quite adding up yet.
That's exactly the gap Office Hours is for. Bring the question you've been sitting on and I'll give you a straight answer, with no upsell or pitch.
Who I typically work with
- Founders and small business owners who've built a solid business but haven't really sorted the marketing behind it
- People running plenty of marketing activity already, just not much of it is landing
- Business owners ready to find out what's actually broken instead of adding tools
